001.in "Taking Children With Autism to Mexico for Fecal Transplants 'Out of Scope' for Naturopaths, Regulator Says" (2020-01-14):
"B.C. naturopaths are not authorized to transport young patients to another country in order to treat autism with fecal microbiota transplants [...] the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia [CNPBC] has confirmed [...] B.C. naturopaths are not permitted to perform FMT for any reason [...] BCNA executive director Glenn Caissie [sp., Cassie] said that suspending Klop's membership is 'the most serious step we can take' [...]";
Cassie is interesting. See 002.
002. Cassie, who is not a naturopath, writes at BCNA in "The Nature of Naturopathy" [2020 archived]:
"naturopathic medicine is science based natural medicine [...of] a science-based platform [...] the same scientific fashion of allopathic care [...]";
yet, of course, this is not categorically true. Who will sanction BCNA? CNPBC? Don't hold your breath...
