002. video link and commentary:

since the AANP still maintains IDIOTICALLY that homeopathy is a "science", I thought I'd revisit the SCNM video that features former Executive Director Karen Howard, in "Karen Howard - AANP's View on Healthcare" [vsc 2013-10-27; my comments are in unquoted bold], wherein we're told:

sounds good, but could it be a veneer for all sorts of nonsense?  After all, AANP is telling us that the nonsense called homeopathy is a medical science when quite obviously it is science-ejected.  To quote the Wikipedia article on Homeopathy: "the scientific community regards homeopathy as bullshit, quackery  or a sham, and homeopathic practice has been criticized as unethical. The axioms of homeopathy are long refuted and lack any biological plausibility." What does that then have to do with wellness?  Perhaps the wellness of naturopathy's pockets and the growth of their sneaky sectarian mannerisms!
 

 "what naturopathic doctors do is enable a patient, a consumer, to take ownership of their health [...] so that they're in control of their future [...]";

really?  How is one ENABLED if one has been misled with false information?  That is victimization, not control or ownership.

"[we must] transform how we view a person [...] your head isn't separate from your body, and your spirit isn't separate from your body either [...]";

well, thank you for imposing your personal religiosity / sectarian naturopathic beliefs on us all.

"we're educating policy makers [...] we encourage you to go to our web site [naturopathic.org...] so that the first thing that matters is that people are well";

hmmmmm.  If naturopathy's ideas are WRONG, what value is their educating?  Are people well if they are misled into practicing nonsense?  That doesn't sound well.  It sounds unsound.  By the way, this video is from SCNM's Youtube account.  SCNM is quite strange in their labels of science upon abject nonscience, blatant and coded.
