Naturopath Kaganovsky "Pleads Guilty" to Being a Train Stowaway

"a local naturopathic doctor who spent a week in a U.S. jail has pleaded guilty to riding an Amtrak train without a ticket [...he] pleaded guilty to a summary charge of theft of services and was sentenced to time served [...] the conductor reported that Kaganovsky had been caught attempting to ride the train without a ticket twice already that week [...] Kaganovsky has served on the Board for the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. Here’s an interview with Kaganovsky talking about his practice [...]";
