001. "Port Angeles Naturopath Convicted of Second Felony Distribution of Mis-branded Drugs" (2017-10-21):

"a Port Angeles naturopath has been sentenced to two months in prison for again distributing mis-branded drugs. Richard Marshall operates the Natural Healing Clinic in Port Angeles and had previously lost his license in 2013 for illegal distribution of human growth hormone. Marshall was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court for felony misconduct after illegally giving patients HCG for the purpose of weight loss, while practicing without a license. He was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and serve a year of supervised release after he serves the two month prison term";

repeat offender!
