001. the AANP writes in an email to members [similar to "Webinar: Homeopathy: Standing Up Under Scrutiny"; 2017 archived]:
"AANP
2017 Webinar Series [...] homeopathy benefits thousands of ND patients,
as well as millions of consumers who buy over-the counter homeopathic
products. Homeopathy has also attracted scrutiny by the Federal Trade
Commission and Food and Drug Administration. On Monday, June 19, from
7:00-8:15 pm, ET, the AANP will hold a webinar to explore the evidence
basis for homeopathy - and how homeopathic pharmacists and practitioners
are responding to this unwelcome Federal attention. Join expert
speakers Lisa Amerine, ND (president, Homeopathic Academy of
Naturopathic Physicians), Iris Bell, MD, PhD (leading researcher with
the American Institute of Homeopathy), and Mark Land (Vice President of
Boiron USA and President, American Association of Homeopathic
Pharmacists). Register now for this timely and insightful program on the
future of homeopathic products. Registration is free for AANP members,
$39 for non-members. Registration guarantees access to the webinar
recording."
homeopathy, homeopathy, homeopathy. This fake pharmacy is falsely claimed "science" on the ND Licensure exam, and "health science" generally by naturopathy. This claim is easily demonstrably false.
002. a certain ND I am familiar with copied me on his SURPRISING response to the AANP when he received the above email:
"please remove homeopathy from the naturopathic modalities and give the profession a chance to gain some respect from those who consider scientific evidence a baseline for credibility. Dr Mahlon Davis N.D."
'a long wait for a train that ain't coming'???
