SCNM Is Doing "Stem Cells" by Injection [how naturopathic]

here, some scary surgical stuff from people who think science is anything you want it to be:

001. at YouTube, there's SCNM's video "Stem Cell Procedure at the SCNM PRC"  (2018-02-02):

"[from the description] learn about how simple and effective stem cells are for treating pain [...from the video] pain relief center [...patient] 'I had stem cells transferred into my sacroiliac joints, knee joints, and into my feet to deal with some numbness in my feet  [...] I just wish everyone would give themselves the opportunity [...] it's so awesome to think that your body's going to rebuild itself [...] allow yourself this chance to recover [...] this is affordable, it's really not that painful, it's natural' [...title] for more information, visit www.scnm.edu";

what is natural about this?  It's surgical, it's man-made, it's artificial, it's not natural in the sense of well, natural.  This shows that for people, natural is actually a nebulous word that they employ quite fuzzily.
