is there no greater false assurance than a State's department of consumer affairs partnering with an area of essential fakery that has insinuated itself into such a sacrosanct process?

002.c. because such a board is apparently designed to protect quackery, to hide such under a patina of bureaucracy. It is a reversal of values.
