"Naturopathic Physician" Love-Robinson Arrested in Florida for "Practicing Medicine Without a License"

here, playing the part (not an ND) of someone playing the part as in pseudoscience and pseudomedicine (an ND) of an actual doctor of medicine (an MD)?

001. at CNN, Jeffrey Acevedo and Joseph Netto report in "18-year-old Arrested for Pretending to be a Doctor, Police Say" (2016-02-17):

"an 18-year-old man that officials say was posing as a medical doctor posted bail and walked out of the Palm Beach County Jail on Wednesday, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.  Sheriff's deputies in West Palm Beach, Florida, arrested Malachi Love-Robinson on Tuesday afternoon and accused him of practicing medicine without a license. He was the head of his own practice, according to his website [...]"; 

so that's "practicing medicine without a license." 

002. his archived healthgrades.com page states:

"Dr. Love-Robinson's specialties [...] naturopathy";

I think that makes him a doer of naturopathy, as in naturopath.

003. his practice web page "About Us" (2016 archived) states:

"our naturopathic physician comes board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) as well as the American Alternative Medical Association (AAMA)";

and back at the practice's staff page (2016 archived), the only person listed who COULD be the claimed naturopath seems to be Mr. Love-Robinson.  Stethoscope and white coat to boot.
