here, I summarize recent additions to my public naturopathy database. I also link to an ND's video each changelog, quote from, and tag the video in some detail:
[Mission emphasis: I do this continuous exercise to expose the inherent fraud that naturopathy is logically, academically, commercially, legislatively / politically and clinically. Hugely misleading category labels such as "science based" and "evidence based" "nonsectarian" are being placed upon what truly is science-exterior and even more so disproven sectarian / quack nonsense! Then, the largest of betrayals toward the public occurs with highly orchestrated '.gov' endorsements of naturopaths as "licensed" and "professional." Beware, the naturopathic licensed falsehood racket marches on!]

002.a. there's Silberman, A. (ND Bastyr 2016) in the YouTube video "What is a Naturopathic Doctor?" [2021 saved]:
.
.
[tags: #NDSilberman #rootcause #supplements]
.
"[from the description] in this video, Dr. Adam Silberman a naturopathic doctor himself, takes the time to explain what a naturopathic doctor is and what it entails [...] a lot of times, individuals use conventional approaches such as prescribed medicines to manage their health, but never really understand why [emphasis] these issues occur and ultimately really understand the root of the cause. Naturopathic doctors are trained professionals in this space [...]";
so, the claim of providing information, and the disparagement of conventional medicine. Yes, that is naturopathy's space.
[...from the video] you are looking at one, I am a naturopathic doctor [...it is a] comprehensive approach [...and behind him it says] believe in miracles [...] when you go see a naturopathic doctor [...unlike regular medicine, we find the] root cause [but he adds there also are those in regular medicine who do the same but in naturopathy it is their only way through] nutrition, lifestyle, herbal medicine, supplements [...]";
so, though claiming comprehensive, and getting at roots, the "is" and "entails" explanation never happens in the video. Supplements, by the way, are generally considered a scam though there are a few exceptions. But the practice emphasizes "High Quality Professional Grade Supplements Are Vital"
[2021 archived]. Because there is gold in them there practice-dispensed supplements!
002.b. at his practice:
002.b1. which is comprised of Koperski, S. (ND Bastyr 2016), Lam, S. (ND Bastyr 2018), Nevitt, B. (ND Bastyr 2019), Silberman, A. (ND Bastyr 2016), Trainor, B. (ND Bastyr 2020), Tritt, S. (ND Bastyr 2016);
002.b2. science claims:
002.b2.i. "integrative medicine holistically embraces conventional medicine and complementary therapies that are based in science" here and here;
so, by extension, a science prescribing scam [so-called complementary and alternative medicine].
002.b.2.ii. "naturopathic medicine is an evidence-based field of health care" here;
002.b.3. ye old coded science-ejected vitalism:
002.b.3i. "emphasizing prevention and optimal health through the use of therapeutic methods that stimulate the body’s inherent ability to heal itself, naturopathic medicine [etc.]" here;
here's a page at Bastyr [which also claims science as a category while science-ejected vitalism is in their logo], where all these NDs graduated from that explicitly states that vitalism. And we were promised a definition, root-y-ness!
002.b.3.ii. "ten principles of patient care [...#3] the healing powers of nature; embrace the body’s inherent ability to heal itself" here;
SOS. The miracle would be transparency. Yet, of course, NDs are still claiming to be better.
